1. Our Commitment
Your satisfaction is important to us. We offer refunds for digital game keys under specific conditions outlined below. As we sell digital products, our refund policy has certain limitations once a product key has been delivered and potentially used.
2. Conditions for a Refund
You may be eligible for a refund if you meet the following conditions:
- Your request is made within 14 days of the purchase date.
- The digital game key has not been redeemed or activated on any platform (e.g., Steam, Epic Games Store, etc.).
We are unable to issue refunds for keys that have already been redeemed. Once a key is activated, it is permanently bound to an account and cannot be revoked or resold.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact our support team by sending an email to contact@currentgames.com. Please include the following information in your request:
- Your full name used for the purchase.
- The email address associated with the order.
- The name of the game you wish to refund.
- Your order number or transaction ID.
4. Refund Processing
Once we receive your request, we will verify that the game key has not been redeemed. If your request is approved, we will process the refund within 3-5 business days. The refund will be credited back to your original method of payment. Please note that it may take additional time for your financial institution to reflect the transaction on your statement.
